He highlights the crucial difference between a Pedophile and a sex offender, how the science indicates that a sexual attraction towards children is a result of brain structure created pre-birth and how our avoidance our difficult conversations is making this issue worse. Dr James also shares some of the patterns he observes from his work as a therapist with paedophiles and how, as a society, we can reduce the possibility of paedophiles committing child molestation.
